01.12.10  -  Free one-year membership offer to any new OIC or postmaster who signs up within the first 30 days of appointment. This offer is good until December 31st, 2010. Please offer this free membership to your neighboring postmaster or OIC as soon as they arrive in their office. Membership forms can be submitted online at NAPUS.org.
